These guy's worked their butts off. Hot as could be and they were running up and down the stairs to basement so they could get loaded and to dump before it closed. And they can really pack a truck tightly. I think 4 1/2 loads total. Great work.

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I called on Sunday night at 8:15 and actually had someone pick up the phone. After asking what service I was interested in and after a few minutes of explaining what I wanted he said we can be there tomorrow to give you a FREE quote. If you decide that you want our service we will take all the stuff at that time. They went to the lower level, the office and the patio and loaded everything up on their truck. They also stated that they work with many non profits and will donate accordingly to their needs. This was extremely important to me bc everything I donated except for 2 things were in excellent condition but I had no way of delivering them. If you need anything removed from your house this is the place to call. It’s so nice to FINALLY have good customer service. Well done guys.

Picked up a broken washer and dryer from my Corryville duplex. Two guys, maybe 15 minutes total. I've used bigger junk removal companies before and this was way less of a production.

I called about hauling junk from a basement flood, waterlogged furniture, ruined boxes, the works. They came out to Oakley same day and didn't blink at the mess. Took everything including some stuff I forgot was even down there. Left the floor swept which I wasn't expecting.

They did a fantastic job on a hot day! I had more than anticipated to move and they took care of everything.

The two guys that came today worked diligently with my husband to remove six unwanted mattresses that belonged to someone else. They also pick up the remaining wet boxes and yard brush that filled up their truck. It was a flat $695 that we hadn’t planned on spending, but well worth it to keep neighbors and the city off our backs. The guys were great! They were very patient with me while I used three different payment sources. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend for all of your trash removal needs.

Edit: Owner reached out same day. He was unaware of how things transpired and wanted to make it right. He's refunding the difference! Updated to 3 stars and when the money hits my card, I'll be updating it to 4. I'm pleased to see a company care about their reputation with how they treat customers. 2nd Edit: Refund completed. Fourth star added. No clue how they have so many five star reviews. I guess it was my nievete to not get it in writing. Bait and switch! I was quoted $300 minimum for two hours labor with every hour after being $150. They finish the job in under 90 minutes ... so I expect $300 and NOW it's $450 anyway (if you look at it hourly, they doubled the cost!)! "Because of the volume." Mind you, I was very clear about the space and they came out and bid it, seeing the job. No mention of volume, just labor time. On top of that, I used a couple of my tools assisting in demo and pulled back a (admittedly broken) fence to make it easier for them to get to the job. The only reason I'm giving two stars is the crew who was out here was nice & courteous. Look at past reviews - I don't review bomb. Very few negative reviews. But I feel cheated from some boogeyman on the other end of a phone. Situation has been updated above.

They went above and beyond our expectations. They cleared out a large warehouse that had 50 years worth of stuff in one day, including disassembled shelving. It was a mess and they removed every last thing and cleaned up and left it in perfect condition. Easy and quick scheduling, responsive, good pricing, honest and helpful advice along the way. Would use them again for business or residential in a heart beat!
